About us

The Charlottetown Dragon Boat Festival is making its return in 2025, bringing together teams from across Prince Edward Island for a day of racing, teamwork, and community spirit.

​

The event is  100% volunteer-led, organized by a small group of Islanders who love dragon boating and wanted to create something that gives back. We believe in building community through sport and in using that momentum to support a greater cause.

The festival’s proceeds will go to Make-A-Wish PEI, helping grant wishes to Island children facing critical illnesses.
