TEAM
COMPOSITION
Teams may include members from work, family, or friends, with a maximum of 20 members per team. For each race, maximum 16 paddlers and 1 drummer are allowed on the boat. The remaining 3 members will serve as reserve players, and team are welcome to rotate crew members between races as needed. Make sure you give your team a good name - for example, Fighting Dragons - ABC Company.

Open Mix Team: No gender restrictions.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be 16 years or older, must be able to swim 100 meters unassisted. Wearing of life jacket is mandatory at all times, must sign a waiver and release form, medical clearance required for participants with known condition.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Teams must submit a completed registration form, with the $1,850.00 + HST registration fee paid by July 20, 2025; proceeds will help cover event expenses and support the Make-A-Wish Foundation of PEI.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Attend the 1-hour scheduled practice session together with an official dragon boat coach per team prior to race day.
UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT
Matching shirts or jersey color per team (optional). ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZER, INCLUDING PADDLES AND LIFE JACKETS.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants must follow the event's code of conduct. Unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification
